Returns

Please email crystaldiamondboutiqueandmore@yahoo.com for approval. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Tags must be attached, in brand new condition & free of any odor.

Please note purchases with a Coupon Code are FINAL SALE. FOOD, mystery items, capsule collections, pre-orders, sale items, special promotions and any items that end in .99 or $.95 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. 

Please include packing slip when returning & specify the reason for return. Once we receive your item back we will issue you a SHOP CREDIT for the amount paid. 

*There is a 15% restocking fee for customers who have returned more than 10% of product purchases.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

***We do not cancel orders after payment is taken.***

Any packages not picked up after 90 days will be donated and no credit will be issued.
Any package that has not updated tracking within 30 days please contact us at crystaldiamondboutiqueandmore@yahoo and we will file the proper claim with USPS to try and locate the package.  Once we get a response on the claim your package will either be delivered, or we will issue you an account credit. Any packages marked "delivered" by the USPS, is no longer the responsibility of the boutique. If your package tracking is marked delivered, but you do not have it, the customer is responsible for contacting the post office and filing a claim. If you think your package was stolen it is also the customers responsibility to contact local police to handle the matter. There will be no refunds given for any package marked delivered, or stolen.
